Do you need my Instagram or TikTok password?
No. You connect through Instagram's or TikTok's own login page and approve read-only access. We never ask for, receive or store your password, and we cannot post, follow or change anything on your account.
Which Instagram accounts can connect?
Instagram only allows professional accounts (Business or Creator) to connect to apps like ours. Personal accounts can switch to a free Creator account in the Instagram app, or our team can track the account manually.
Why does my account say "Reconnect needed"?
The platform stopped accepting our access — for example after a password change, after removing AlwaysViral in the app settings, or when access expired. Reconnect from My accounts; measurement history is kept.
How do I disconnect?
Go to My accounts and choose Disconnect. Access tokens are deleted immediately. You can also remove AlwaysViral from the app permissions inside Instagram or TikTok.
Where do my follower numbers come from?
Every number shows its source. "Platform verified" values are read from Instagram or TikTok through your connected account. "Admin verified" values were checked and recorded by our team. If a value has not been measured or the platform does not provide it, we show "Unavailable" — we never estimate or fill in missing numbers.
What is "net growth"?
Net growth is your latest verified follower count minus the verified count when the campaign started. It includes everyone who followed and unfollowed in that time, so it can go down as well as up. Instagram and TikTok do not report new follows and unfollows separately to us, so those are shown as unavailable.
What does "behind pace" mean?
We compare your measured net growth with an even pace from the campaign start to the end date. "Behind pace" means measured growth is below that line today. It is a measurement, not a forecast.
Why are some days empty on my charts?
A day only has a value when a measurement was taken that day. Days without one stay empty instead of being filled in, so every point you see is a real measurement.
