Campaigns and reports
When does my campaign start?
A purchased campaign starts once its starting follower count is verified — automatically from a connected account, or by our team for accounts we track manually. The campaign period begins that day in your timezone.
When are reports created?
Weekly reports are created after each Monday–Sunday week, and monthly reports after each calendar month, in your timezone. A report is frozen when it is created.
Can I turn off emails?
Yes. Go to Settings → Notifications to choose which notifications are also emailed. They always remain visible in the app.
