Refund policy

1. How to ask for a refund

Open a support ticket in the Billing category and include your order number (it starts with AV-) and the reason for your request. Log in to your account to open a ticket.

2. How we decide

Every request is reviewed by our team case by case. We look at whether the campaign has started, the growth measured so far and anything that stopped the campaign from running, such as an account that could not be measured.

Campaign not started yet: a campaign starts once its starting follower count is verified. Before that, we can normally cancel the order.
Campaign already running: we may offer a partial refund that reflects the work already done.
Growth targets: results depend on your content and the platforms, so a target that was not reached is not on its own a reason for a refund. Your dashboard always shows the measured result.

3. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. Payments made by bank transfer, crypto, Wise, Revolut or Binance Pay are refunded to an account or address you confirm with us. You will see the refund on your order and invoice once it is processed.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are prepaid for one period and never renew automatically. Cancelling stops the plan at the end of the period you have already paid for.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster through support.
