1. The service

AlwaysViral provides audience growth campaigns for Instagram and TikTok and a dashboard that measures your follower counts over the campaign period. Measurements come from the platform through an account you connect, or are verified and recorded by our team.

2. Your account

You must give accurate details, keep your password safe and be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for activity in your account and in workspaces you invite others to.

3. Social media accounts

You may only order campaigns for accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Connections use the platforms' official login and read-only access; we never ask for your social media password. You must follow Instagram's and TikTok's own terms.

4. Results

Growth depends on many factors outside our control, including your content and the platforms' algorithms. Targets describe what a campaign aims for; they are not a guarantee. Your dashboard always shows the measured result.

5. Payments, renewals and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. One-time packages are paid once. Subscriptions are prepaid per period and never renew automatically; we remind you before a period ends. Refund requests are handled through support and assessed case by case, including for campaigns that have already started.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, spam, or to breach any platform's rules. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
