Privacy policy

What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, timezone and a securely hashed password.
- Social accounts: the handle you give us and, if you connect an account, the public profile data and counts the platform returns (followers, following, posts, likes and comments on recent posts). Access tokens are stored encrypted.
- Orders and payments: what you bought, amounts and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
- Support and security: messages you send us, and security logs such as sign-in events with an encrypted IP address.
How we use it
To run your campaigns, measure and report growth, process payments, send the emails you have not turned off, provide support and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us operate: hosting, email delivery and payment processing. Instagram and TikTok receive the requests needed to read your connected account.
Your choices
- Disconnect a social account at any time; its access tokens are deleted immediately.
- Remove AlwaysViral from the app permissions in Instagram or TikTok, or send a data deletion request there; we act on it automatically and give you a confirmation code.
- Choose which emails you receive under Settings → Notifications.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your data through support.
Retention
We keep measurement history and billing records for as long as your account exists and as required by law. Security logs and expired sign-in tokens are removed on a schedule.
